Hello my name is Roland Berg. I have been a hypnotist with a focus on helping those suffering from the lingering and lasting effects of trauma for the past 11 years. I would like to thank you for taking time to look into our study.

History

When I first started out as a hypnotist I volunteered for an organization that worked with military members diagnosed with PTSD and TBI. The environment required that I produce results within 20 minutes with no guarantee that I would ever see them more than once. It took a while to figure it out but i did it. After several years of refinement I have seen clients quickly and consistently become self-maintaining without having to revisit their trauma or reveal any details of their past experiences.

Sample Session with Annie

Note: Annie was completely self-maintaining after this one session.

Study goals and objectives

  1. Determine overall effectiveness of the a specific content-free process over time
  2. Demonstrate that it is not necessary to revisit, or face, trauma to recover from it
  3. Determine whether or not experience level of the provider affects results
  4. Identify correlations between demographics and results
  5. Identify perceived value of the result
  6. Identify areas for improving the process

Who is the study for?

The process has been shown to be effective with both professionally and self-diagnosed subjects. If your condition has been professionally diagnosed and you’re currently under the care of a mental health or health care professional a referral will be required for you to participate.

A Content-free Approach

Most traditional approaches to dealing with trauma make the assumption that in order to heal the trauma you must confront the trauma. This forces clients to constantly relive and re-experience both the trauma and the emotion of the trauma. In essence, re-traumatizing the client during each session.

What is content-free? Content free refers to a process that is independent of the experiences and history of the client. There is no time in the process where the client is required to reveal any details about their trauma, how they got where they are, or the impact that their situation has on their life. There is no need for the provider to know anything about the clients “story”.  The client’s private thoughts, and secrets remain with the client and only with the client!

The Program

The Main Session

We take you through the two-step process and teach you to use them on yourself when you need it.

You can expect the main session to last between 20 and 30 minutes in most cases. The first step of the process is intended to clear away all of the emotional baggage that you’ve built up over the years and reset you to an emotionally stable state. The second step jumpstarts you in your quest to become your ideal self and return to a normal life.

The follow-ups are intended to address any issues that arise and ensure that you are capable of self-managing those issues using the tools provided.

Follow-up

Everyone is different but most follow-ups take only a few minutes of your time.

Follow-ups will end when you are comfortable that you can self-manage going forward.

Follow-up schedule

  • Day 3
  • 2 weeks
  • 4 weeks
  • 8 weeks
  • 16 weeks
  • 32 weeks
  • Final Assessment

For Providers

“Wow, I’m going to have to digest what I just saw! After trying to find a way to make it my own and improve upon it I’ve decided there’s no reason to; it’s simple, efficient, and it works!” — Justin Tranz

“Simple and clean is this technique. If there are any suggestions, the client sets them for themselves and understands how to use them for future self care. What is better than that? I with I had seen something like this 30 years ago. I could have helped many more people!” — Diane Pope, Ret. RN (Psych), Lifetime Fellow of the International Medical and Dental  Hypnotherapy Association
